You will learn about the different types of vitamins commonly administered through intramuscular injections, including vitamin B12, glutathione, pabrinex (vit b and c complex), vitamin C and vitamin D.

The course covers the indications for vitamin injections, the benefits and potential risks associated with this route of administration, and the appropriate dosage and frequency of injections. Through a combination of theoretical lessons, practical demonstrations, and hands-on practice, participants will develop the necessary skills to safely and effectively administer vitamin injections. They will learn about proper injection site selection, needle insertion techniques, and how to minimise discomfort for patients.

Additionally, the course covers important considerations for patient assessment and monitoring, including identifying contraindications and potential adverse reactions. Participants will also gain knowledge on documentation requirements, patient education, and legal and ethical considerations related to vitamin intramuscular injections.
