How to book a training courses?
- Ensure that you have explored the training course information including course modules, certifications, locations and start dates etc to ensure it is the course that you desire to start a new career or boost your business offering. You can contact us to ask any questions and to explore start dates to suit your lifestyle.
- You should visit our course start dates page and find your desired course date and location.
- You should ensure that you are sure of your start date and location as you will need to enter this at checkout eg location is Luton and start date is 12 Feb – 14 Feb 2025.
- Click the book now button to make an online booking. You can pay via all popular payment methods including Klarna, Clearpay, Visa, Maestro
- PLIM finance options are available please contact us.
- You should enter all personal and payment information at our safe and secure checkout.
- You will get a confirmation of payment in an email with an invoice
- Shortly after you will get a welcome email from the learner portal where you can start your online theoretical studies and get more information about your practical sessions.
How do I complete my theoretical studies?
- You will complete your online studies at our self service online learner portal here https://rejuvenateacademy.talentlms.com/plus/login.
- You will have access to all courses you booked and all course materials to support you to study each module.
- You will have a test to pass for each course you study.
- When you successfully pass your tests you will get a certificate for your online theoretical studies that can be downloaded from the certificates section of the learner portal.
How do I complete my practical studies?
- You will complete your practical studies by joining group sessions at our training centre – depending on your location on study.
- You will have access to online theoretical studies before to prepare you for your practical sessions.
- You will have a test to pass for your practical sessions and this will be completed in your practical sessions.
- When you successfully pass your practical tests you will get a hard copy certificate plus a digital copy to your email.
Confidentiality of Course Fees and Quotes
- All quotes and training course fees that you have secured via exclusive offers or social media promotions are strictly confidential.
- Any discussion or disclosure of your training course prices to other students or third parties is strictly prohibited.
- Breaching this policy may result in immediate removal from the course, with all payments made being non-refundable.

How do I secure a free consultation and why do I need a consultation?
- No matter what treatment you are looking for, we always ask our patients to complete an initial, complimentary, bespoke consultation and skin analysis with our accredited consultants.
- You must pay a £30 deposit in order to secure your free consultation.
- This bespoke consultation allows us to look deeper into your skin and its individual portfolio, which can help us to provide an appropriate, customised treatment plan, tailored to your requirements and expectations in mind.
10% OFF your first time online booking.
- This includes your first online booking only and applies to new customers only. We will take a £30 deposit only when you book online and this will include the 10% off for online bookings only. You can pay the remaining balance of your treatment via all popular payment methods including Klarna, Clearpay, Visa, Maestro and more.
What is a patch test?
- We will complete a patch test if you have not already completed one for the treatment booked within the past 12 months.
- A patch test will support us to identify any potential allergic reactions to treatment products and to approve a safe treatment plan.
- You cannot use the same patch test for a different treatment type than your in date patch test has been completed for.
How do I cancel my treatment appointment?
- When you booked you should have got a email and sms confirmation.
- You will find the link to change your appointment in the email or sms.
